Kirsh Baking Company, the pandemic pivot by chef Uyen Kirshenbaum, formerly at M.B. Post, Fishing with Dynamite and The Arthur J, has a couple of new holiday offerings. KBC is hosting a special Christmas pop-up at Simmzy’s in Long Beach. Customers can pre-order yule logs, cakes, pies and cookies for pickup on Wednesday, December 23. Orders must be placed by Sunday, December 20 at 8 p.m. The menu includes apple cranberry and banana toffee cream pies as well as a flourless peppermint chocolate chip yule log.

Cake Monkey Bakery has launched Pie Grams, an homage to the candygrams from elementary school. The Pie Grams are individually packaged mini pies with customizable messages on each box and can either be picked up at their Beverly Grove Shop or NoHo kitchen, or delivered locally.
