Kirsh Baking Company, the pandemic pivot by chef Uyen Kirshenbaum, formerly at M.B. Post, Fishing with Dynamite and The Arthur J, has a couple of new holiday offerings. KBC is hosting a special Christmas pop-up at Simmzy’s in Long Beach. Customers can pre-order yule logs, cakes, pies and cookies for pickup on Wednesday, December 23. Orders must be placed by Sunday, December 20 at 8 p.m. The menu includes apple cranberry and banana toffee cream pies as well as a flourless peppermint chocolate chip yule log.
