Authorities near Seattle apprehended Nerses Galstyan, the man named as the prime suspect in the fatal shootings of four men earlier this month at a Valley Village restaurant, the Seattle Times reports.

The U.S. Marshals Service's Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force paired up with the Pacific Northwest task force and found Galstyan and his brother Samuel at a home in Kenmore, Washington about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday according to the paper. The paper states that Samuel Galstyan was also wanted in connection with the shooting.

Police allege that Nerses Galstyan opened fire on six acquaintances as they were eating at the Hot Spot restaurant on Riverside Drive on April 3 as a group of people was holding a memorial celebration in honor of a friend who had been killed in a car crash a year before.

Authorities said that Nerses Galstyan had been under federal investigation for gun dealing. Three people died at the scene and one other man died at a hospital. Two people were wounded.
