Twice a year, dineL.A. Restaurant Week graces us with their diverse culinary community and gives Angelenos a reason to get out and try delicious new and classic L.A. establishments.  It’s that time of year — dineL.A. returns July 12 through July 26, featuring newcomers like Atrium and Trois mec. The 15-day dining event spans from Agoura Hills to Venice and transports diners through a global perspective of elevated and heart-filled dishes celebrating heritage through food.

There will be a record 430-plus restaurants participating this summer, including some of L.A.’s most buzzed about new restaurant arrivals of the year such as downtown L.A.’s 40,000-square-foot Manufactory LA (Tartine Bianco and Alameda Supper Club), Atrium, and Capital Seafood Beverly Hills.

I’d recommend adding Tartine Bianco to your list immediately if you want to check out how chefs Elisabeth Prueitt and Chad Robertson made San Francisco’s bakery and pizzeria come to life in the newest creative compound that resembles a neighborhood you’d find in Greenwich Village. While Tartine and Alameda will have you dreaming of toasts, these additional newcomers are complemented by such well established dineL.A.  strongholds such as Sugarfish, Bäco Mercat, Night + Market Sahm and Providence, to name a few.

This summer’s program welcomes a new tier of dinner-only tasting menus (5+ courses; $99+) from exclusive fine-dining restaurants, including La Boucherie, Maude, and Spago. Frugal foodies can also enjoy value driven lunch menus ranging from $15, $20, $25, to $35, with dinner menus priced at $29, $39, $49, and $59.

Besides these killer prices, there’s another big incentive to indulge. dineL.A. is offering a new Instagram sweepstakes where two diners have a chance to win a Los Angeles vacation package. All you need to do is follow dineL.A. on Instagram and follow the clues on dineL.A.’s Instagram stories during the 15-day event. Staycation anyone?
