Trendy boho fashion brand Free People are teaming up with a host of wellness wunderkinds (many L.A.-based),  for a major streaming experience this Saturday. It’s a day full of dynamic digitally-driven activities designed to put focus on self-care, connecting with others, and dealing with the stress of lockdown and social distancing. The virtual event will feature three sessions filled with experts in meditation, fitness, nutrition and more. It all begins with breath work, mind-clearing and exercise in the morning, followed by education and discussion in the afternoon, and wrapping up with a third session featuring chatting, cooking and DJs.

Participants include Julianne Hough (Dancing with the Stars) doing a full-body workout, nutritionist Kelly LeVeque making smoothies, THE/THIRTY’s managing editor, Sarah Yang discussing coping during the lockdown, doctors Danielle Belardo, MD, Mike Varshavski, MD, and Julia Eze, NP, sharing their experiences, interior designers Kathryn Ireland and Martyn Lawrence Bullard sharing tips on making our homes more sanctuary-like, L.A.’s own Ryan Heffington leading an exuberant dance party (if you’ve yet to check out his Sweat Spot studio’s classes on Instagram, this is a fun opportunity to see what’s like) and many more.

See the full schedule here and reserve your spot with a $20 donation per session here; 100 percent of ticket sales go to World Central Kitchen, a nonprofit organization feeding those most impacted by COVID-19.
