If your name is “John Waters,” you have very few career options, so you might as well grow a pencil-thin mustache, become a director-writer-actor and make outrageous social satires starring drag queens, porn stars and former prisoners, right? Waters brings his “one-man vaudeville act” to town to make fun of showbiz, the art world and even himself. Matthew Gray Gubler hosts, with folk-rock guy Elvis Perkins (see Music Picks).
