Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge (Star Wars Land) is officially open at Disneyland. Fans have been in exultant anticipation for the past four years for Disney’s hidden 14-acre attraction, the largest singular-theme addition in history. The immersive environment transports guests to Batuu, the stark and dusty planet where smugglers and bounty hunters — and the ominous First Order — await, as well as members of the Resistance (which can be you, if you play along, enhanced by Disney’s smartphone app). It’s sold out of reservations from now until June 24, but it if you don’t have one, enjoy this tour from the media preview last week, a comprehensive photo essay that shows you everything you could possibly want to see. Pilot the Millennium Falcon, hide from Kylo Ren, grab a drink in Oga’s Cantina and explore the very edge of civilization with us as we take you to Disney’s new galaxy not so far away. Full story out this Thursday!
