St. Patrick's Day is 10 days away and, while the prospect of downing Jägerbombs may not call to everyone, surely the combination of drink and dining deals around town would have more appeal. When reviewing the specials in honor of St. Paddy, we found that just as not every celebrant of St. Patrick's Day is Irish, not all restaurants and bars with holiday programs are conventional either. Celebrations may be expected at pubs like Finn McCool's and Molly Malone's; they can just as easily take place at restaurants like Cecconi's and Wirsthaus. In alphabetical order, here's what will be offered next Sunday:

Casey's Irish Pub:

From 6 a.m. to 2 a.m., the pub's annual street festival means a block party with 6th Street and 7th Street shuttered to Wilshire. There will be live music, beer, whiskys, and Irish fare. Free entry to the festival before 1 p.m.; after that, it will cost $8. Twenty dollars will buy a VIP “fast pass” that allows for skipping lines. 613 S. Grand Ave., dwntwn; (213) 629-2353.

The Cat & Fiddle:

The Cat & Fiddle will offer $5 Guinness from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. as well as all-day corned beef and cabbage plate specials. 6530 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles; (323) 468-3800.

Cecconi's:

For Sunday, March 17 only, Cecconi's will feature a Green Eggs (basil pesto-topped poached eggs on sautéed spinach, avocado, and English muffins) brunch special for $12. On tap, there will be Guinness beer. 8764 Melrose Ave., West Hollywood; (310) 432-2000.

Dillon's Irish Pub:

At Dillon's, St. Patrick's Day is a near three-week of celebration with daily specials. On the actual day, doors will open at 6 a.m. and guests will find among other holiday elements green beer, bagpipers, and a photo booth. 6263 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles; (323) 315-9744.

The Mixing Room:

Located in the Downtown J.W. Marriott, The Mixing Room is just a few steps away from the St. Patrick's Day Festival at L.A. LIVE, taking place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. At The Mixing Room, there will be a holiday menu with classics like corned beef and cabbage, fish and chips, and beef and Guinness pie. 900 W. Tam O'Shanter Inn:

There will be a three ways to celebrate the holiday at the 91-year-old restaurant among which include a party tent with live music and no cover; the dining room where traditional dishes are served; and the Ale & Sandwich Bar with selections like hand-carved corned beef sandwiches. 2980 Los Feliz Blvd., Atwater Village; (323) 664-0228.

Tinhorn Flats Hollywood:

Irish specialties will be available all day, like corned beef and cabbage plate for $13. There will be 2-for-1 appetizers and regular happy hour specials from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. 1724 N. Highland Ave., Suite 100, Los Angeles; (323) 462-2210

Tom Bergin's Tavern:

Celebrating St. Patrick's Day for the first time since its renovation, Tom Bergin's Tavern is holding festivities from 6 a.m to 2 .m. on Sunday. Expect all-day Irish breakfast available in addition to the regular menu; a “Stout Off” of which there will be four taps each of Guinness Stout and O'Hara's Stout including Black & Tans, Half & Halfs, Car Bombs, and Black Velvets; and drinks served in Go Cups. 840 S. Tortilla Republic:

The West Hollywood restaurant Shamrock Margaritas at $7 all day and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., tapas like the carnitas tacos will be set at happy hour prices. 616 N. Robertson Blvd., West Hollywood; (310) 657-9888.

Wirsthaus:

Wirsthaus is throwing an all-you-can-drink beer brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. For $27, you'll get eggs your way, a Wirsthaus sausage, fried potatoes, and as much draft beer as you can handle. 345 N. La Brea Ave., Los Angeles; (323) 931-9291.
