Spindrift's psychedelic, neo-spaghetti Western Sound takes more than a morsel from the plate of the undisputed champion of the film score, Ennio Morricone. On the soundtrack to indie Western, The Legend of God's Gun, Spindrift samples from Morricone's brand of reverbed-out guitar, galloping drums and lonesome whistling.

Tonight Spindrift brings their dusty sound to Spaceland for the release of the vinyl imprint of God's Gun. Supported by Tee Pee Records labelmates, Assemblehead in Sunburst Sound, expect hearty helpings of '60s freakbeat, psychedelic surf, and lo-fi rock that sear like the desert sun and soar like a red-tailed hawk.
