Here's some hot news: the highly anticipated Spike Jonze/Dave Eggers/Maurice Sendak adaptation of Where the Wild Things Are will begin its marketing blitz on Saturday, September 19 at Space 15 Twenty in Hollywood with a pop-up shop and art opening. The DJ will be Squeak E. Clean, also known as Sam Spiegel, also known as N.A.S.A., also known as Spike Jonze's brother. No word on what exactly the opening will showcase, but here's the flier.
