Three Dead, 2 Hospitalized after Auto Collision near Riverview Road
SANTA CLARITA, CA (August 29, 2022) – Spencer Thomas, Shane Rivera and another were killed Sunday in a crash on San Francisquito Canyon Road.
Authorities responded to the scene around 4:10 p.m., near Riverview Road.
According to reports, the collision involved a white BMW and an older model blue Chevrolet Suburban. However, the circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear.
Upon arrival, medics pronounced 28-year-old Thomas, of Saugus and 41-year-old Rivera, of Glendale dead at the scene. The third deceased victim in his 40s has yet to be identified.
In addition, paramedics transported two other victims to Henry Mayo Hospital for further treatment of serious injuries.
At this time, no further details have been provided.
