It was 100 degrees outside the Marriott Convention Center (and not the much cooler inside) in Burbank for Son of Monsterpalooza this weekend. But the chance for hordes of horror fans to meet genre idols — the likes of  Linda Blair, Edward Furlong, Robert Patrick, Billy Zane, Jenna Elfman, Bill Moseley and Heather Langenkamp were on-hand. — meant mere weather wouldn’t deter the converted masses. With a convention center floor of monster masks, one-of-a-kind spooky art, and signings, this Monster Mash was the perfect start to the Halloween season.
