More than 40 SoCal Museums are waiving general admission fees on Saturday, January 25, in honor of the 15th annual “Free-For-All” day.

“I am always impressed by the range of cultural offerings. From cars to Cold War artifacts to modern art there’s something for every,” president of SoCal Museums and marketing director at the Skirball Cultural Center, Jennifer Caballero said in a news release.

No matter where you decide to visit, a museum is supposed to evoke thought and conversation while also educating you on different cultures.  There are ample area museums participating, which can also make it difficult to choose which one(s) to visit. Here are some of our favorite highlights, in case you are wondering where to start.

California African American Museum: Including the wildly popular Cross Colours exhibition!

Getty Center Museum

Fowler Museum at UCLA: Including the stunning exhibition Rina Banerjee: Make Me a Summary of the World. As well as a transcendent stigma-breaking, platform-providing exhibition for people living with HIV/AIDS. Dr. David Gere, UCLA professor in collaboration with photographer Gideon Mendel created Through Positive Eyes, in which visitors get a glimpse into the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS, as they share personal photos and essays. The intent of the exhibit is to fight the epidemic by confronting the prejudices around the disease. The large-scale photography features vulnerable, honest, and captivating stories from over 130 people.

The Broad: Including the landmark Shirin Neshat exhibition, I Will Greet the Sun Again.

Academy Museum of Motion Pictures: The museum will be open during its construction for the first time with a special outdoor pop-up experience.

ICA LA: Final days of Sadie Barnette and Nayland Blake exhibitions.

Pomona College Museum of Art: Including the historic Todd Gray exhibition & programs, Euclydian Gris Gris.

The Wende Museum: Including the incredible Medea Insurrection exhibition.

Craft Contemporary: First Day of Clay L.A.

LACMA: Including the stunning Fiji: Art and Life in the Pacific.
