The Los Angeles Police Department is on the lookout for three suspects who robbed a small neighborhood market in the 4000 block of South Hooper Street. The armed robbery occurred on May 12 at 10:30 am.

According to the police, a white female suspect originally cased the joint, posing as a customer and purchasing something. Then accomplices strode into the store, waited for customers to leave and forced an employee at gunpoint to open up the cash register. No clues as to how much the trio made off with.

The three suspects were picked up by the store's surveillance camera during the heist. Anyone with information should call Newton Division detectives at (323) 846-6572.
