Manilla Killa Sold Out the Observatory Friday Night

Filipino-born electronic artist Manilla Killa sold out the Observatory on Friday, Oct. 5.

Sophia Black opened the show with a performance that had the entire crowd singing along. Boy wonder Pluko followed her with an amazing set filled with bass and intricate drops. Los Angeles–based duo Phantoms had a special performance showcasing their high-energy dance music and live performance element.

The Observatory was at capacity all night, with swarms of people rocking their Manilla Killa merch and swag making the touring artist feel right at home. His set had the crowd going crazy almost immediately. There was sweat dripping from the ceiling by the end of the show.
