It was only a matter of time before Southern California produced its first skateboard sex bandit.

The LAPD overnight said a serial butt-grabber was on the loose in Van Nuys. And he's allegedly using a skateboard to ride up on victims and then get away. Here's the 411:

The skater, in his early 20s, has ridden up on victims three times in recent days and copped an illicit feel “as he passed,” the department said in a community alert.

He attacks during the walk-to-school hour, cops said.

The assaults happened between 7 and 8 a.m. in an area bordered by Sherman Way to the north, Vanowen Street to the south, Van Nuys Boulevard to the west, and Hazeltine Avenue to the east, according to the LAPD.

He's described as a 5-foot, 7-inch man wearing a gray hoodie and gray pants and sporting sunglasses.
