53-Year-Old Woman and 55-Year-Old Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident near State Tree Boulevard

OCEANSIDE, CA (December 2, 2022) – Thursday night, Shannon Marie Breer and Harold David Ray died in a pedestrian crash.

The incident happened on November 24th, shortly after 8:30 p.m., near the 1800 block of Oceanside Boulevard.
