Two-Car Collision on South Clovis Avenue Left 47-Year-Old Woman Killed

FRESNO, CA (February 8, 2022) – A two-vehicle crash on Manning Avenue claimed the life of Shamone Tshimika Friday evening.

California Highway Patrol responded to the scene around 6:30 p.m. near Clovis and Manning Avenue shortly after receiving multiple calls in the area.

Furthermore, investigators determined that a Honda Odyssey was exiting a vineyard onto Manning and was broadsided by a westbound Toyota Corolla.

Consequently, medical personnel arrived at the scene and transported one woman to a hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.

Moreover, authorities identified the deceased female driver as 47-year-old Tshimika.

At this time, Fresno Officials are still currently working to identify the circumstances surrounding the deadly accident. Once available, further details will be provided.
