Reseda-based house producer and visual artist (he's done illustrations for high-fashion brand Saint Laurent) Zane Reynolds has become one of the more fascinating characters in the Los Angeles DIY techno scene — and we don't use “character” lightly. The focus of a mini-documentary series titled New American Noise, shown at Sundance Film Festival last year, Reynolds reveals a peculiar sense of humor through song titles on his latest work, Amber's Stuff, which details the leftovers of a past relationship: “Pink iPhone,” “Bejeweled iMac,” “Cheddar Mercedes.”
