Highway 79 Multi-Vehicle Crash Leads To Road Closures and Several Injuries
BEAUMONT, CA (November 22, 2021) – A multi-vehicle crash on Highway 79 injured several people last Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred around 9:10 a.m. at the northbound Beaumont Avenue/SR-79 at California Avenue.
Upon arrival, the officers discovered several vehicles with multiple people in need of medical attention.
Eventually, paramedics arrived at the scene and transported one patient with moderate injuries and three others with minor injuries to a hospital.
Meanwhile, the three other people involved in the pileup declined further medical treatment.
Beaumont Officials closed Highway 79, south of 1st Street and reopened it around 10:50 a.m.
At this time, the circumstances surrounding the multi-vehicle crash remain unclear.
