Northbound 170 Freeway Multi-Vehicle Crash Left Multiple People Injured

SUN VALLEY, CA (September 3, 2021) – On Tuesday, a multi-vehicle crash on 170 Freeway left several people injured and closed down northbound Hollywood.

The incident occurred around 5:30 A.M. near Roscoe Boulevard, California Highway Patrol said.

As a result, it prompted closure of northbound 170 freeway lanes Roscoe Boulevard and Sheldon Street.

At this time, the identities of the involved parties and the severity of their injuries remains unavailable.

In addition, the authorities are also investigating a crash on the surface streets near the initial incident at Branford Street and Arleta Avenue.

According to the CHP, a motorist involved in the crash was also part of the collision on 170 Freeway.
