Salt's Cure, the West Hollywood restaurant that just received our award for Best Brunch in L.A., has just announced that as of this coming Monday, the restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.

Up until now, customers have only been able to sample Salt's Cure's fantastic breakfast and lunch options during weekend brunch, and the restaurant was closed on Tuesdays. But chefs and co-owners Chris Phelps and Zak Walters realized that there was a demand for that food during the week as well.

Here's a sampling of what you might expect for breakfast and lunch, from our Best of L.A. blurb:

“The menu isn't long or overly fancy — there are thick, oatmeal griddle cakes; a ham, egg and cheese sandwich; and a bacon cheeseburger. Recently, a special of pork hash with eggs illustrated the kitchen's understanding of the concept of elegant grease. The smoked fish on toast — very good fish, very good bread, bitter greens, thin slices of red onion — is just about exactly what we'd make at home if we had the time and foresight, but thanks to Salt's Cure we didn't have to.”

They'll also serve something called the All-Star, an off-menu favorite that consists of two eggs, two house-made sausage and bacon strips, as well as oatmeal griddle cakes.

All this on a Tuesday morning? Yes, please.

Salt's Cure's new hours are 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and 5:30-10:30 p.m. daily.
