Saint Martha is a tiny restaurant with no windows in a strip mall in Koreatown — and the food is anything but Korean. Named for the patron saint of cooks and servants and helmed by chef Nick Erven, Saint Martha joins the ranks of small, ambitious restaurants that open with little fanfare and even less money.
