35-Year-Old Woman Killed in Deadly DUI Collision near Highway 29

CALISTOGA, CA (November 19, 2021) – Sunday night, Ryan Matthew Dingess, 29, was arrested after a motorcycle crash on Old Lawley Toll Road.

The crash happened around 8:40 p.m., on Old Lawley Toll Road. Emergency crews arrived to the scene near Highway 29 shortly after.

Per reports, Dingess lost control and crashed his 2020 Harley Davidson motorcycle. He then drove away from the accident, leaving behind his 35-year-old female passenger, who was injured.

Ryan Matthew Dingess was arrested and placed into the Napa County prison on suspicion of two felonies: inflicting bodily harm while driving under the influence and fleeing the scene of an injury accident.

Per prison booking records, he was freed on Monday morning. No further details have been provided.
