1 Killed, 1 Injured in Head-On Collision on Frontage Road

MOSES LAKE, WA (June 22, 2021) – Sunday morning, Rosario Dominquez died and Christopher Zufall was injured in a collision on Frontage Road.

The fatal crash happened around 8:20 a.m. June 13, on the 3900 block of Frontage Road between Road E and D Northeast. Officers arrived shortly after.

According to reports, Zufall was driving east on North Frontage Road and Dominquez was driving west. For reasons unknown, Zufall’s vehicle crossed the centerline and collided head-on with Dominquez’s vehicle.

Paramedics immediately located Dominquez in critical condition. Shortly after, he was rushed to a nearby hospital and despite life-saving efforts, he later died.

Meanwhile, emergency crews also transported Zufall and one of his passengers to a nearby hospital for further treatment. However, there has been no update on their current condition.
