Anaheim Truck Accident Leaves One Killed and Two Injured
ANAHEIM, CA (August 27, 2021) – Police are investigating a truck accident in an Anaheim apartment complex that killed Rory Antoine and injured two others.
The fatal crash occurred around 12:40 P.M. at an apartment complex on Lincoln Avenue near 57 Freeway, police said.
In addition, investigators stated that the truck lost control and struck two vehicles on the southbound lane off-ramp.
Afterwards, the truck flew off the side of the embankment, crashing through the carport wall and two apartment buildings.
Unfortunately, the collision killed 61-year-old Rory Antoine inside the apartment building.
Meanwhile, 54-year-old truck driver Rafael Pachecho sustained moderate injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Paramedics also transported a 69-year-old driver to a hospital for minor injuries.
Anaheim officials are further investigating the deadly incident.
