Things speed up dramatically once winged Mercury joins the sun and Venus in
Gemini on Saturday. Flirtatious Venus might pull a variety of manipulative,
romantic stunts while opposing Pluto on Sunday. Memorial Day itself should be
a pleasure, albeit pretty expensive, as the sun supports Jupiter's generous
impulse. Not so on Tuesday, when Sol tests impetuous, disruptive Uranus. However,
Thursday could be truly disastrous: Mars and Pluto, the terrorism twosome, square
off. Be prepared, play it safe.

Aries

The frisky Ram may find it hard to swallow, but this week you're apt to agree:
Patience is the key to heaven. Before turning direct on the 5th, generous Jupiter
in your Libra house of partners could bestow another substantial benefit. But
only if you don't inadvertently sabotage yourself; don't try to manipulate,
certainly not outright challenge, the powers that be. It's more advantageous,
safer too, to follow tradition while your Mars ruler is on favorable terms with
paternal Saturn. Be a good kid, a good tenant too.

Taurus

Right now, sex and money are strolling hand in hand. To ensure that they stay
friendly, refrain, if you possibly can, from raising issues related to either
topic. Otherwise, after your Venus ruler reaches supersensitive Cancer on the
3rd, you're liable to rue the day you spoke up and pushed buttons you shouldn't
have. It's not all your fault; it'll take a fair amount of common sense and
a strong desire for peace at any price to avoid the turbulent atmosphere, the
unpredictable aftermath of the Memorial Day holiday.

Gemini

Exciting, erratic and ultimately educational. You're in for two weeks of quick
thinking, multiple messaging and in-depth conversation as your Mercury ruler
contacts every denizen of the zodiac. If you're at all bipolar (as Gemini, Virgo,
Pisces and Sag, the mutable signs, tend to be), start taking your meds again.
While Mercury is furiously racing through your sign, jot down all your ideas.
You can develop them more fully after Mercury turns retrograde in July. But
don't unplug the romantic connection you recently made just yet.

Cancer

Remember: The Moon Child does not live by moon glow alone. This week the sun
focuses on a future-oriented family matter before it zeroes in on your urge
to strike out in a different direction. Then Sol hooks up with Mercury to help
you express in detail what's on your mind. Their meeting now can have an impact
on your finances in July. But be sure that acquaintances involved in a mutual
endeavor are duly appreciated. Take a few bows yourself as you prepare for the
next phase the versatile and very vocal Gemini new moon inaugurates on the 6th.

Leo

An unexpected or unusual money matter following on the heels of the holiday
weekend could be disorienting, but you should recover in time to correct the
data. (Unless the error is so far in your favor, you don't want to call attention
to it.) Because your sun ruler is inextricably tied in with Mercury, the planet
that rules Gemini, it's the small stuff that'll demand your attention or, better
yet, capture your interest. Why this benefits a partnership arrangement is a
bit of a mystery, but what connection to magical Neptune isn't?

Virgo

Whenever there's a lot of planetary action in your Gemini midheaven, you can
expect a lot of conversation, negotiation, etc., about your career or your reputation
in the community. So, if you're asked to chair a committee or undertake a new
assignment at work, seriously consider all that can go right as well as all
that might go wrong. Since optimistic Jupiter is a major player in the Memorial
Day holiday extravaganza, you may be wearing rose-tinted glasses far longer
than a prudent, perceptive Virgin normally would. Read for Gemini.

Libra

The green-eyed monster can be compelling; however, jealousy doesn't really
become you. Whenever your Venus ruler goes toe-to-toe against manipulative,
power-loving Pluto, the well-mannered Libra tends to morph into a screeching
harpy. Just a word to the wise as June begins or whenever you sense that you're
losing control of a delicate, complicated situation. Remember: Having jolly
Jupiter in your sign this year has upped your reliance on good luck and happy
endings. Not the safest approach when considering your next move.

Scorpio

Before things get too crazy, before you bite off your nose to spite your face,
i.e., before Mars and Pluto, your co-ruling planets, square off, put your feelings
aside for the moment. Although no water sign can be completely rational, you
should try to separate conflicting emotions so that you'll understand what you
really want and where you stand. Once a Scorpion has a stake in a relationship
and has become emotionally invested, however you continue to nurture it tends
to become expensive. So does pulling out.

Sagittarius

The next 10 days are fairly schizy for Centaurs. On the one hand, the Gemini
sun lends intelligence and versatility to the opportunities your Jupiter ruler
so generously bestows. On the other, “change or die” Pluto in your
sign is the current target of Martian aggravation and abuse. Makes no difference
if the hostility originates with the landlord or a family member, it'll be difficult
to sidestep. But Pluto is, if nothing else, resilient, so you should recover
in time to welcome the significant person arriving around the Gemini new moon
on the 6th.

Capricorn

It's primarily December Caps who'll benefit from the sun's favorable trine
to Jupiter in your house of career success and community recognition. Whatever
opportunity lands on your plate this week should be seriously considered; generous
Jupiter won't be dispensing those good fortune cookies much longer. All the
Goats could benefit from the boost of physical energy and sexual desire Mars
offers when it trines your Saturn ruler on the 4th. No matter what else is going
on, Saturn stands ready to protect and serve.

Aquarius

After what should be an enjoyable, albeit expensive, holiday weekend, things
may quickly turn around. No sign handles surprises as well as Aquarius, but
still, whenever the sun challenges your Uranus ruler, something is bound to
hit the fan. For a fixed sign, you have a pretty fast reaction time, so you
might immediately act on the advice/idea you get (from your spirit guides?)
during the sun-Mercury meeting on the 3rd. Expect a few ups and downs until
the sun rewards mystical Neptune in your sign on the 8th.

Pisces

Solar Gemini often finds a Fish caught up in the twisted skein of family affairs
or, thanks to idiosyncratic Uranus transiting your sign, too independent and
unpredictable to deal with. Because the sign of the Twins is so dualistic, you
can choose to go either way. Or, since the Gemini sun favors one direction one
day, another the next, simply drift along with the tide, surfacing when it feels
safe, diving deeper into your own thing when it doesn't. The challenges will
be stimulating; the rewards, uplifting.
