A few deep breaths may help whatever follows from the total
solar eclipse on Wednesday go down a little easier. Same goes for the tricks pulled
on April Fools' Day. Daylight-saving begins on Sunday, the 2nd, which may
take some getting used to. Let's hope Saturn coming out of retrograde on
the 5th while Venus descends from airy Aquarius into Pisces, the emotional water
sign in which the goddess is exalted, won't make waves. However, be aware
that we're approaching an ominous conflict between militant Mars in Gemini
and subversive Pluto in Sagittarius on the 8th. Take care.

Aries

Accept the fact that for the time being, you are so not the center of the universe.
Because your Mars ruler is opposing powerful Pluto at the core of our Milky Way
galaxy, you really might feel left out in the cold. Or can Mars' transit
through the sign of the talkative Twins keep you in the loop, gathering whatever
information you need to stay on top of your game? For single-minded Rams who can't
help their “me first” behavior, the next two weeks may be more problematic
than anticipated. Until Mars enters Cancer on the 13th, play nice.

Taurus

If ever you needed an excuse to check out of the daily grind, to be permitted
to focus exclusively on art and music, congratulations, this is it. On the 5th,
your Venus ruler leaves socially sensitive Aquarius for the vast depths of Piscean
waters. Right off the bat, you can expect to be more in touch with your emotions,
more interested in philosophical conversations with yourself. Remember, the Pisces
glyph is two fish, bound together but headed in different directions. Fortunately,
you'll have aesthetically amenable acquaintances to hang with.

Gemini

Another chance to cash in on your Mercury ruler's friendship with prosperous,
protective Jupiter shows up midweek. Twins who are involved in the communication
field will welcome the support offered while the Messenger sails through your
Pisces career zone. Be sure to show your gratitude for any favors done on your
behalf. That's because the conflict between militant Mars in Gemini and
manipulative Pluto in Sagittarius could cause even a rational, respectable person
to behave quite badly. By Easter, this tug of war should be over.

Cancer

Other people's assets and resources may be a major concern at the moment,
but after retrograde Saturn in your Leo house of money you earn by yourself, for
yourself turns direct, you should be able to strike a better balance and hold
up your end of a bargain. While the sun transits your Aries house of career accomplishments,
you can't afford to let an opportunity slip by, even if it seems a bit reckless.
In another week, ballsy Mars will cross into Cancer and provide more nerve, more
physical energy than you have right now.

Leo

If you sense there's a battle brewing between your sweetheart and your pals
or your kid and a schoolmate, feel free to step in and play the peacemaker. It
isn't often that you're able to see your way clear to have an unbiased
opinion, to not favor one side over another, even if one of the combatants happens
to live at your house. This time of year, other people and their concerns, be
they emotional, physical or financial, can seem just as important, perhaps even
more so, as your own. While they last, use those situations to earn Brownie points.

Virgo

The confrontation that's been building, the atmosphere that has you walking
on eggshells, could explode when daredevil Mars in your career midheaven perfects
its opposition to security-minded Pluto in your home base on the 8th. You might
not be the person who catches most of the flak, but you'll certainly hear
about it. That's because your Mercury ruler in Pisces is poised halfway
between the two planets representing the people who are warring with each other.
If you must choose sides, try to postpone that decision as long as possible.

Libra

Careful, you may be in danger of losing that precious Libra sense of balance.
First, because your Venus ruler is taking its annual trip through Pisces, the
sign in which this planet is exalted, i.e., works divinely. Chances are you'll
go into martyr mode during the transit and willingly sacrifice yourself for one
cause or another. At the same time, the sun is passing through your Aries house
of significant others, calling even more attention to what the people closest
to you are demanding (Aries is hardly subtle) this time around.

Scorpio

It happens occasionally, and this is the week in which the occasion presents itself.
What is it? The biannual opposition between Mars and Pluto, Scorpio's co-ruling
planets. That their confrontation occurs across your money axis suggests that
a financial matter is about to turn into a crisis. Or could it merely be your
time to pay the taxman? However the opposition attempts to tear you apart, know
that you've been through a similar situation before and will endure it again,
in about two years' time. Things ease up after Easter.

Sagittarius

Try to sidestep the one-on-one scheduled for the weekend of the 8th. That's
when pugnacious Mars in your Gemini marriage house launches an attack on suspicious
Pluto in Sag. How the battle turns out depends partly on the information supplied
by a know-it-all in the family, a.k.a. Mercury in Pisces, your landlord or a real
estate agent. Then perhaps you can suggest alternate solutions to pacify whatever
is irritating your partner. After Mars marches into Cancer during Easter week,
the arguments should cease.

Capricorn

It's a subtle shift, but of all the signs, Caps should sense that something
significant is in the air when Saturn changes direction on the 5th. A concern
that was tabled when your ruling planet turned retrograde around Thanksgiving
can become a big deal once Saturn is facing forward again. And after hot-tempered
Mars enters Cancer, the sign of your cosmic companions, during Easter week, an
issue involving one of your close relationships may heat up. Until then, keep
your cool and try to avoid a confrontation. A little diplomacy around the Libra
full moon could work wonders.

Aquarius

Retrograde Saturn turns direct in your Leo house of partnerships on the 5th. However,
it may take a while before you notice if a matter that concerned you and a significant
other at Thanksgiving will be back on the table for Easter. Money or other valuables
could be the issue that crops up during the Libra full moon, because this sun-moon
polarity crosses your financial axis. Other than those hiccups, there's
nothing keeping you from staying high on both the spiritual and the secular planes
for the entire duration of Holy Week.

Pisces

I repeat: Try to be conscious of what you're saying. Mercury doesn't
leave Pisces until Easter Sunday, so while it drifts through your sign, unsure
of its direction or ultimate destination (the two-fold nature of the Fish), there's
no telling which of your thoughts will surface. Not malice aforethought, but inattention
to dreary details could get you into hot water. Like your Aquarius neighbor, you
might also feel conflicted over a financial matter during the Aries-Libra full-moon
period. No biggie, simply another heads-up.
