The days that precede and follow a planet's change of
direction are the ones when most of the shit hits the fan. Not to scare you, but
because Mercury turns retrograde on the 2nd and Jupiter flips on the 4th, you
need to be really careful this weekend, especially while traveling. On Sunday,
value-conscious Venus finally leaves Capricorn, where she's been stuck,
as well as sucking up to authority figures, since early November. A month in airy
Aquarius, the sign of a protesting proletariat, could make a difference. The most
forgiving of aspects, a rewarding trine between the life-giving sun in idealistic
Pisces and optimistic Jupiter in intuitive Scorpio, occurs early next Thursday
morning. Use it.

Aries

The last weeks of winter often turn into a period of reflection so that Rams can
prepare to spring into action once Aries arrives. Probably because your Mars ruler
recently spent so much time stuck in one sign, it appears that some of you are
already leaping from pillar to post. While Mars travels through dualistic Gemini,
doing two things at once will be a snap. Just take care that you don't crash
or burn during the weekend of the 11th, when Mars provokes sometimes madcap, sometimes
hopping-mad Uranus and creates a situation beyond your control.

Taurus

While it's not exactly a new lease on life, you're likely to feel
liberated once your Venus ruler launches her flight through airy, independent
Aquarius instead of being tied to earthbound Capricorn for so long. No doubt you've
learned a lot more about being organized, responsible and consistent, but now
it's time to apply those lessons to your career. After you confront another
reason to pay more dues on the 10th – Venus runs into opposition from restrictive
Saturn – you should be free to experiment to your heart's content.

Gemini

Like your Taurus neighbor, you'll also benefit from Venus' move into
Aquarius, a quick-thinking air sign like your own. Even though your Mercury ruler,
retrograde in Pisces until March 25, may set little traps to trip you up, Venus
will take your mind off the peculiarities and petty annoyances so that you can
concentrate instead on what is currently making life a pleasure. Before long,
probably around the spring equinox, as the goddess rewards horny Mars in your
sign, you'll get another shot at a fine romance. Until then, curb your aggressiveness,
your enthusiasm too.

Cancer

While other signs may be stymied by the roadblocks that are being randomly erected
this week, Crabs receive a choice opportunity to go with the flow. Water, whether
in the form of fresh snow, heated pools or tears of joy, is the element you should
immerse yourself in. Since the rewarding liaison between the imaginative Pisces
sun and lucky Jupiter (in your Scorpio house of romance and recreation, no less)
won't last, better act sooner rather than later. Certainly before the Virgo
lunar eclipse on the 14th diminishes the Moon Child's appeal.

Leo

Despite a potential reversal of fortune while Jupiter is retrograde in your Scorpio
house of real estate and family values, there is still reason to rejoice. Loving
Venus will nestle in Aquarius, the sign of your cosmic complement, this weekend.
Although the goddess might have to clear a hurdle when she confronts Saturn in
your sign on the 10th, she is determined to make your mate make you happy, at
least for another month. Information regarding taxes or investments can surface
while your sun ruler and Mercury meet on the 11th. Listen up.

Virgo

You may insist that you don't want to know any more than you already do;
nonetheless, while your Mercury ruler is retrograde in your house of significant
others, gossip about a past or present partnership could pop up. Especially while
Mercury cozies up to the sun the weekend of the 11th. That's also the time
when irascible Mars challenges unpredictable Uranus. Walking on eggshells is nothing
new for a circumspect Virgin; just make sure there are shoes by your bed, gas
in your car and cash on hand. Earthquake weather.

Libra

In the spirit of “love conquers all,” you might be tempted to spend
more than you should; however, it's in the spirit of fair play that you
probably will. While expansive Jupiter in your Scorpio money house is encouraged
by the Pisces sun, paying someone else's dues may seem perfectly natural,
the only thing that makes sense. Thankfully, the situation that coincides with
this planetary configuration doesn't occur often enough to drain your bank
account dry. Once every 12 years is manageable, particularly since Jupiter will
eventually repay your kindness.

Scorpio

Until the brilliant Guinness guys declared it, who knew St. Patrick's Day
lasted for an entire season? So if you're already celebrating the wearing
of the green, keep in mind that on the day itself, a challenging square between
your Pluto co-ruler and the Pisces sun could put you in a dangerous situation.
Too far in the future to be concerned? Well, on or before the 11th, as Mars, your
other co-ruling planet, and willy-nilly Uranus form their square, you might also
get in trouble. Or, if you can control your temper, merely be irritated by a surprise
at home.

Sagittarius

Although the Scorpio forecast will affect you differently, the planets that govern
that sign can apply to yours as well. Read it so you won't weep. The bit
of nastiness due to erupt by the 11th is the result of Mars in your Gemini house
of partnership attacking an unstable situation at your house. Try to defuse it
before it ignites. And when the Pisces sun sheds light on your dark side (Pluto
in your sign) around St. Patrick's Day, you might not be able to hide something
you're not particularly proud of. Crying in your green beer?

Capricorn

For a welcome change, this week your friends might not try to separate you from
your money. A supportive trine between the Pisces sun and generous Jupiter suggests
that instead of paying for the privilege of being a member of that august group,
the group is willing to reward you. Ask for a favor and there's a very good
chance you'll get it. This welcome sense of camaraderie should help you
deal with feelings of rejection while famously fickle Venus opposes your Saturn
ruler. Ask yourself, “Who you gonna call?”

Aquarius

Jupiter turning retrograde in your Scorpio midheaven could put career concerns
on ice for the next four months. If you're not actively pursuing immediate
advancement, consider taking a sabbatical or studying for the next rung up your
ladder of accreditation. Meanwhile, Mercury's retrogression in your Pisces
house of assets suggests that making money won't be much of an issue either.
Now if only you can cancel the fireworks set to go off when abrasive Mars in talkative
Gemini challenges your Uranus ruler on the 11th, you should be okay.

Pisces

As we approach the Ides of March, you may again feel the need to reach a higher
ground. Perhaps simply to reach for a higher ground. You're well aware that
during ordinary times, Pisces is the most spiritual sign in the zodiac. Well,
double that inherent quality while Neptune and Jupiter, your modern and ancient
planetary rulers, perfect another of their provocative squares and replicate a
situation similar to what happened at the end of January. Their third and final
go-round is set for September 24. Yes, your faith is being tested.
