The festival known as Ink-n-Iron is like the 1950s come to life. The girls all look like Bettie Page. The guys all have pompadours. The cars are all hotrods. You can get a tattoo (or two or three or fifty). You can get married. You can buy dresses that make you look like a pinup vixen and ribbons with skulls on them. But you can't bring knives, chains, wallets with chains, stuffed animals, drugs or pets. The festival still manages to be fun. The weekend-long event takes place in Long Beach at the Queen Mary.
