Andre the Giant, George W. Bush and President Obama have all been immortalized by L.A. street artists.

Now our favorite alleged misuser of public funds, Robert Rizzo, is getting the icon treatment too (see it on the next page).

His bloated, frog-like face is perfect for it. He's a portrait of hubris:

Rizzo art.

Rizzo art.

The piece was spotted in Little Tokyo.

Rizzo has been accused of misappropriating public funds while he was city manager of the southeastern L.A. County town of Bell. He reportedly took home $1.5 million in salary and other compensation.

His arrest and that of an assistant city manager and six current and former Bell council members who got six-figure salaries set off the biggest City Hall scandal in Southern California in years and won the Los Angeles Times a Pulitzer Prize for breaking and covering the story.

Who is the artist here? If you know drop us a line.
