Robert Nott signs his new book, Goin’ Crazy with Sam Peckinpah and All Our Friends. Nott and co-author Max Evans, a New Mexico novelist, write about Evans’ relationship with the director, which began in 1962. Evans provides behind-the-scenes scoops on the making of The Wild Bunch and other Western epics, and gives insight into Peckinpah’s infamous hard living in and out of Hollywood and New Mexico. Evans also includes an interview with the filmmaker’s assistant and mistress Katy Haber, and stories about fellow Hollywood legends Lee Marvin, Joel McCray and James Coburn.
