Vehicle Collision on Valencia Road Left One Fatality

TUCSON, AZ (January 10, 2022) – A vehicle crash on Valencia Road claimed the life of Robert Graves Wednesday evening.

According to reports, authorities responded just before 9 p.m. in the area of West Valencia Road and South Commerce Court, just west of Interstate 19.

Furthermore based on the investigation, Graves was driving a Nissan Armada eastbound along Valencia.

Consequently, he got into a collision with a Toyota Camry traveling westbound in Valencia, turning left at Wilmot.

Eventually, 46-year-old Graves died in the hospital after sustaining serious injuries from the crash.

Meanwhile, the driver of Toyota Camry stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Additionally, he showed no signs of impairment.

No charges were filed and active investigation is underway.
