Christopher Crisostomo Arrested after Deadly Accident near State Route 283

MOSES LAKE, WA (August 19, 2021) – 31-year-old Rigoberto Marmolejo and a 52-year-old Moses Lake man died in a tragic collision on Adams Road.

The accident occurred around 3:30 p.m., on August 11. Dispatchers arrived at the intersection of Adams Road and State Route 283.

A northbound semi-truck driven by 37-year-old Christopher Crisostomo,  failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with another vehicle, driven by Marmolejo.

As a result, Rigoberto Marmolejo and his passenger were killed in the crash.

Meanwhile, police charged Crisostomo with two counts of vehicular homicide.

Washington State Patrol said alcohol or drugs may also have been a factor. However, this crash remains under investigation.
