SUV vs Motorcycle Accident near Coronado Avenue Left Male Rider Dead

SAN JOSE, CA (November 14, 2022) A motorcycle collision on Cottle Road claimed a man’s life on Thursday afternoon.

The fatal collision occurred around 4:11 p.m. in the area of Coronado Road in San Jose.

According to the investigators, a 2022 Kawasaki motorcycle going northbound on Cottle Road hit a 2006 Honda SUV.

Responding medical personnel arrived at the scene and transported the motorcyclist to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. However, their identity has not yet been released, pending notification of next of kin.

Meanwhile, the involved SUV driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

Furthermore, both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
