1 Dead after Fatal Motorcycle Accident on Trail Canyon Road

HENDERSON, NV (December 28, 2021) –  Sunday afternoon, a rider was ejected and killed in a motorcycle collision on Stephanie Street.

The crash took place near North Stephanie Street and Trail Canyon Road. Crews responded to the scene shortly after receiving multiple dispatch calls.

Per reports, the driver of a Ford SUV was traveling north through a green light on Stephanie Street when the Ford was rear ended by a motorcycle.

Due to the impact of the collision, the rider was ejected from the bike onto the roadway. Paramedics transported the motorcyclist to a local hospital where they later died as a result of their injuries.

The surrounding area was closed during preliminary duties, but has since reopened. At this time, speed is thought to play a role in this occurrence.

An investigation to determine further details about the motorcycle collision on Stephanie Street is still underway.
