50-Year-Old Motorcyclist Pronounced Dead after Two-Vehicle Accident near Brandt Road

BAKERSFIELD, CA (February 28, 2024) – One rider died Friday afternoon in a motorcycle crash on Highway 58 and Brandt Road. Police officers responded to the scene at approximately 3:00 p.m.

An investigation is underway to determine the cause of a collision between a Dodge pickup truck and a motorcycle in the area. Due to the extent of injuries sustained, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
