Rider Pronounced Dead after Motorcycle Accident near Linnet Lane
PETALUMA, CA (July 18, 2023) – Friday night, one rider was killed in a motorcycle collision on Sonoma Mountain Parkway. Police responded to the scene around 6:50 p.m., near Linnet Lane. According to reports, the rider of a northbound motorcycle was approaching Linnet Lane and struck a minivan that was making a left-hand turn. As a result, the motorcyclist sustained major injuries and died at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released their identity. At this time, the circumstances that led up to the crash and the condition of the minivan driver are undisclosed.
