64-Year-Old Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Rose Avenue

CERES, CA (August 16, 2023) – Monday evening, Ricardo Meza was fatally struck in a pedestrian collision on Whitmore Avenue. Police responded to the scene around 9:00 p.m., near Rose Avenue on August 1st. According to reports, the driver of a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe struck a 64-year-old man on Whitmore Avenue.
