45-Year-Old Palmdale Man Dies in Traffic Collision near Pearlblossom Highway

LLANO, CA (February 15, 2023) – Early Monday morning, a two-car collision along Highway 138 claimed the life of Ricardo Llanos Diaz. The incident took place on February 13th, at around 1:13 a.m. near Pearlblossom Highway. According to reports, Diaz was driving along Highway 138, when his vehicle collided with a stalled vehicle on the eastbound lanes of the Highway. At this time, the cause of the collision remains unclear. Emergency crews at the site of the collision declared 45-year-old Ricardo Llanos Diaz, of Palmdale, dead at the scene. No further details regarding the Highway 138 car crash have been released to the public at this time. Los Angeles County Officials will provide more information once available.
