Iridian Jazmin Bosoco Arrested after Fatal Jet Ski Accident on Colorado River

MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (July 12, 2022)Ricardo Aponte Almanza died and Iridian Jazmin Bosoco was arrested after a jet ski crash on the Colorado River.

On July 4th, 26-year-old Bosoco lost control while riding a jet ski. The jet ski then crashed into a crowd, injuring four swimmers, in the swim-only section of the park.

Medics arrived and transported 43-year-old Almanza, 21-year-old Jose Rivas, an unidentified 34-year-old woman, and an unidentified 30-year-old man to Bullhead City Hospital.

In addition, paramedics also transported Almanza to a Nevada trauma center. However, Almanza’s injuries were too extensive, and he died Wednesday afternoon at University Medical Center, in Las Vegas.

Following preliminary investigations, police arrested Bosoco in connection with the crash.
