Two young men who allegedly conspired to hack into computers to steal nude photos of young women were arrested today, the U.S. Attorney's Office in L.A. announced.

Hunter Moore, a 27-year-old known as a revenge-porn king, and 25-year-old Charles Evens were hit with a 15-count federal indictment unsealed today, authorities say.

The case essentially claims that the alleged pervs …

… agreed to have Evens hack into the email accounts of hundreds of victims and steal photos in order to post them on Moore's now-defunct (and for sale) site isanyoneup.com.

The charges include conspiracy, seven counts of unauthorized access to a protected computer and seven counts of aggravated identity theft, the U.S. Attorney's Office says.

According to a statement from prosecutors:

The pictures were submitted without the victim's permission for purposes of revenge. However, to obtain more photos to populate the site, Moore allegedly instructed Evens to gain unauthorized access to – in other words, to hack into – victims' e-mail accounts. Moore sent payments to Evens in exchange for nude photos obtained unlawfully from the victims' accounts. Moore then posted the illegally obtained photos on his website, without the victims' consent.

Moore, from Woodland Hills, and Evens, from Studio City, each face five years if they're successfully convicted on the conspiracy and hacking counts, the U.S. Attorney's Office says. ID theft carries two years, but that could be served concurrently, prosecutors say.
