Lee Benson, CEO of two companies, has over 30 years of expertise in value creation. Throughout his career, he has been an entrepreneur, founding eight companies. He is also a well-known speaker and author on value creation, execution, leadership, and strategy.

Now, Lee is concentrating on creating value for the future through supporting lower-income families. His most recent venture is as the CEO and community leader of DinnerTable.com, which is a community dedicated to raising children to create value in the world.

“Kids today will be running the world of tomorrow. Let’s make it amazing,” Benson says.

Value Creation for the Future

Lee has been creating value for customers and stakeholders throughout his career. He is now concentrating on creating value for society’s future. He understands how difficult it can be for families dealing with the complexities and chaos of modern life, and aspires to share with parents how to raise successful children.

“I focus on generating a value-creation culture within families to improve how kids show up as adults. This provides a strong foundational why for kids to develop character traits and capabilities, and modify limiting beliefs that will help them be successful as adults,” Lee explains.

Having grown up in an impoverished family, Lee understands the mindset and limiting beliefs ingrained in low-income families, especially the children. He has overcome every challenge in his life since he was a child, but it wasn’t always easy. By focusing on the value he was creating and striving to be better, Lee powered through many struggles.

Lee changed his mindset and limiting beliefs to become a successful businessman. Now he wants to help families work together to achieve their best.

“Most of the untapped potential for value creation in the world is locked up in low-income family kids. I want to unleash it,” Benson shares.

Welcome to the Dinner Table®

Lee has had a successful career, starting eight companies and selling three of them, but he has also donated significant time and money to helping students in all grades learn.

In response to programs limited in scope to help underserved children, such as financial literacy, Lee has a more holistic approach that treats value creation as a family team sport. His method allows families to build material, emotional, and spiritual value.

“You can start from zero and build generational wealth in one generation. But to have a shot at this, you actually have to start,” Benson adds.

Lee shares the lessons he has learned throughout his life journey in the book Value Creation Family: The Proven Playbook for Setting Up Your Family to Enjoy True Success, which is available on Amazon.

The book and Dinnertable.com are both geared to helping parents raise their children to have confidence and skills. In addition, the book also helps parents empower their children to “create meaningful value for themselves, their family, and their community. The most powerful part of the process is breaking free from self-limiting beliefs and behaviors and embracing a value creation mindset.

“My mission in life is to drive holistic value-creation behaviors into the world, through families, for profits, nonprofits, and government organizations,” Benson concludes.
