Staff Meals Today: From Skate Wing to Pork Belly

1. Anisette Brasserie

Steak sandwich, which they are testing as a possible addition to the menu.

2. Bistro LQ

Skate wing with braised cabbage and carrots, served with polenta.

3. Bouchon Bistro

Pizzas made fresh in the bakery, which they do every Tuesday and Friday.

4. Enoteca Drago

Rigatoni with beef bolognese.

5. Ford's Filling Station

Most of the staff are Catholic, so they generally go vegetarian on Fridays. Today is pasta with kale and roasted vegetables.

6. The Lazy Ox Canteen

Pasilla pepper soup with farro, fava beans and braised beef.

7. Little Dom's

They have a small staff to start the evening, so they generally just offer up the nightly special, then serve more food at the end of service. Today, the special is a white clam pizza.

Pork belly, glazed with apple cider gastrique; cous cous with cucumber, pine nuts and yogurt.
