For the second year in a row, the people behind Club Giant celebrate the Grammy’s recognition of dance music with a giddy, post-show penthouse pumper at Elevate Lounge, and this year’s event is sure to soar to rapturous, remix-heavy new heights, featuring sets by Swedish spinner Stone Bridge (nominated for best remix for Ne-Yo ‘Closer’) and young American Morgan Page (Deadmau5’s remix of his “The Longest Road” is also a nominee). This one’s hosted by Jason Bentley and apparently very VIP, but those who RSVP at https://giantclub.com/elevate_rsvp.html (and get a confirmation e-mail back) will get to party, as well. 811 Wilshire Blvd.; Sun., Feb. 8, 9 p.m.-3 a.m.; free w/RSVP. Giant joins forces with Compression and Insomnia for another special DJ date by one-half of past Grammy-winning duo Deep Dish this week. Dubfire, a.k.a. Ali Shirazinia, brings his self-proclaimed “futuristic/organic” style soundscapes — as heard on his label SCI+TEC — to Hollywood, along with local-deck luminaries Boris M.D., Robtronik, Andre Ezer and Matt Xavier. At the Ivar, 6356 Hollywood Blvd.; Wed., Feb. 11, 9:30 p.m.-3 a.m. www.giantclub.com or www.compressionla.com.
