Reinne Lim Pronounced Dead after Head-On Crash on 5 Freeway

TUSTIN, CA (October 3, 2022) – Sunday morning, Reinne Lim was killed in a wrong-way collision on 55 Freeway.

The incident happened around 2:10 a.m., near the 5 Freeway on October 2nd.

According to reports, the collision involved a white Prius and a Subaru Outback. Investigators say the Prius driver was heading south in the northbound lanes. The Prius then struck the northbound Subaru head-on.

Medics arrived shortly after and pronounced 22-year-old Reinne Lim of Anaheim dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, police arrested Dylan Erric James Robinson. He has been charged with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury, and DUI.

Additionally, the freeway was blocked for about three hours for cleanup duties and was reopened since. No further information was provided by the officials and an investigation is ongoing.
