82-Year-Old Male Pedestrian Dies in Fatal Accident near Victory Boulevard
BURBANK, CA (March 23, 2021) – Saturday night, 82-year-old Raymond Orchart was killed in a pedestrian crash on Buena Vista Street.
Burbank Police responded to the collision around 8:50 p.m. Upon arrival, emergency crews located Orchart of Burbank, unconscious and unresponsive.
Despite life-saving efforts, Orchart died at the scene. In addition, the driver of the vehicle remained on scene and cooperated with the authorities.
At this time, the events leading up to the crash remain unclear. However, police encourage those with further details to contact their offices as soon as possible.
The surrounding area on Buena Vista Street was closed during cleanup. But, the roadway has since reopened to traffic.
