Update: Police say the victim was found with only minor injuries. The suspect was arrested. Some details after the jump.

Scary kidnapping in Simi Valley, the Ventura County town known for being a bedroom community of many an LAPD officer in the 1990s. And authorities say the suspect might be driving a former cop car, too, a white, 2004 Ford Crown Victoria.

That's where the police coincidences end, however. The victim, 24-year-old Keisha Marshall, was taken from her home, allegeldy by an ex-boyfriend, about 9:40 last night, Simi Valley police Lt. Joseph May told reporters.

Officials are concerned because a trail of blood was found at her residence …

… which is in the 2600 block of Bloom Street.

The suspect was identified as Rashaun Bailey, 27. His white four-door has the Texas plate of BC5B700.

“We believe she may be seriously injured because of the blood in the house,'' May said.

Police think Bailey is a Dallas resident who might be headed back to Texas.

The pair, May said, had a history of domestic violence.

Update: Marshall's parents told CBS2 that she woke up in Las Vegas before being found. Fox 11 News reported she suffered a concussion, among other injuries.
