Update, 5:45 p.m.: While not releasing the identity to be PnB Rock, LAPD has confirmed that the person shot inside Roscoe’s on Monday, succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.

Rapper PnB Rock, 30, was reportedly shot while dining at a Roscoe’s House of Chicken ‘N Waffles in Los Angeles Monday afternoon.

The Philadelphia-born rapper, whose real name is Rakim Allen, was dining with his girlfriend, who posted a now deleted, location-tagged photo of their meal to her Instagram account.

LAPD said the call for a shooting was received at 1:23 p.m. at the Roscoe’s on South Maine Street and West Manchester Avenue.

Video posted to social media showed Allen was still visibly moving when first responders arrived, albeit in a pool of blood, before being taken to a local hospital.

No other diners were targeted and according to TMZ, the suspect fled with pieces of Allen’s jewelry.
