Ralph’s supermarket in the former iconic Bullock’s Westwood department store has teamed up with ghost kitchen operator Kitchen United Mix to bring the first of its kind dining options inside the 93,000 square foot space alongside the fresh fare deli and other prepared food counters.

The new concept opened today and provides on-demand meal pickup and delivery from the four compact on-site kitchens serving Bushi by Jinya Ramen, Dog Haus, Fresh Brothers Pizza, SAJJ Mediterranean, The Impossible Shop, Wild Rice Asian Kitchen, Jailbird (wings & tenders), Plant B, Badd-Ass Breakfast Burritos and Bad Mutha Clucka. Orders from the virtual food court can also be placed in person and eaten on the outdoor patio.

The kiosk is as equally convenient for UCLA students across the street as it is for moms who can place an order and pick up restaurant-quality meals after shopping and is just another expansion to welcome Metro riders when the purple line is finished and makes its final stop in Westwood.

Founded in 2017, Mix is the first virtual food hall ghost kitchen providing multi-restaurant to-go ordering in which you can take home meals from 10 different restaurants in one order.

“This marks the first step in revolutionizing consumer choice,” Michael Montagano, CEO of Kitchen United Mix, told the crowd at Wednesday’s ribbon cutting. “In this digital era, it’s the first step to bringing Ralph’s customers prepared cuisine whenever they want it in a variety of menus.”

All restaurants will operate with the same hours and days of service initially, hours are 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Monday-Thursday and Sunday; 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Friday-Saturday. For delivery and pick-up orders, click here.
