Pedestrian Crash on US 60 Left One Fatality

WICKENBURG, AZ (February 7, 2022) – A pedestrian crash on US 60 claimed the life of Rafael Acedo early Friday afternoon.

According to reports, the driver of an eastbound tractor-trailer struck Acedo. Although, authorities are unsure as to why the male pedestrian was on the road at the time.

Due to the impact of the collision, medical personnel declared Acedo dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the eastbound lanes were shut down for an undisclosed amount of time to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
